Signing up to Opinion Bureau is free and straightforward to do so. Just get online and complete the details as requested. As soon as you complete your first survey in full, your account will be verified and you’ll be eligible to receive future surveys and earn rewards. You’ll even receive a $5 bonus just for signing up.
Like any survey site you sign up to, be sure to take your time to complete the profile questions accurately, as this information will be used to match you with future surveys. If you don’t do this properly, there is a higher chance you won’t qualify for surveys because you don’t match the demographics they are looking for.
Earning Rewards
The way you earn with Opinion Bureau is by completing surveys. Surveys are based on different categories, including lifestyle, fashion, gadgets, government, and many more. Your responses to the various surveys are recorded and used when various organizations make decisions about the products and services they offer the general public.
As opposed to most other survey sites, with Opinion Bureau, there are no points; you simply earn a set amount per survey. Most people tend to earn between $2 to $5, depending on the complexity and how long it takes to complete the survey.
You can also earn $1 for each person you refer to the site (and they become a verified member) or when you participate in polls.
One thing that is regularly mentioned in online forums is that people seem to get disqualified from Opinion Bureau surveys more than they do from other survey sites. However, most people say they tend to qualify for around 4 or 5 surveys per month.
Another one of the downsides with Opinion Bureau is there is quite a bit of lag time before you’ll see the earned amount in your account. How to Redeem Points?
Once your reward balance reaches $10, you can cash out for a range of rewards. You can get your cash straight into your PayPal account or use your reward balance to redeem various gift cards such as Amazon, iTunes, Skype, TGIFridays as well as prepaid MasterCards.
It takes around 15 days, though, until you’ll receive your cash or gift cards, which is a bit slower than some of the better survey sites. Then again, this is also much quicker than some other survey sites too.
Things to note
With Opinion Bureau, reward amounts expire after 12 months from the date they are earned. Also, if you’re disqualified from consecutive surveys, then Opinion Bureau will close your account and you’ll forfeit all of your reward amounts.

Opinion Bureau is a good survey site that rewards it’s members well. They offer surveys across a broad range of topics, which keeps it interesting and there is a wide range of rewards on offer. Opinion Bureau has a few downsides though, including a minimum cashout payment of $10 and slow processing times.
